Escrow on every order
Buyer payments are held by MileMarketplace and only released to the seller after the buyer confirms the miles or ticket were delivered as described.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, and seller payouts go through Stripe's verified Connect accounts.
In-order messaging
Buyers and sellers coordinate inside the order, so there's a clear record of what was agreed.
Dispute support
If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute, which freezes the funds for review before any payout.
Know the risks
Selling or transferring miles can violate airline loyalty terms and put accounts at risk. List honestly, deliver what you promise, and only buy from listings you trust.
