Booking with us vs. paying cash vs. DIY miles

For a specific itinerary, we handle the award search and return one quote to approve. Cash booking is familiar; DIY miles gives you control. Use this quick comparison to choose the path that matches the time and control you want. See how the miles model works in our guide to award booking.

Questions before you request

How does the estimate work?

Enter your origin, destination, date, cabin, and passenger count to see a starting estimate. We then check the request and confirm the exact total before payment. The estimate is a starting point; the final quote reflects the flight we can actually book, including the award cost and applicable airline taxes and fees. Estimates reflect typically available award pricing rather than the rare cheapest level, and include applicable departure taxes and fees for the route, which vary by country.

What does the all-in price include?

Our all-in quote is the amount we ask you to approve before booking. We account for the award-ticket miles price, our booking service, and the airline taxes and fees that apply to the itinerary. We do not add airport charges later. If the requested itinerary cannot be delivered as quoted, our refund policy explains the available protection.

When do I pay?

We do not ask you to pay when you request a quote. After we review the route and confirm the exact all-in total, you can approve it and pay once through the available secure payment options. We accept PayPal, cards, USDT or USDC, and Wise or Zelle transfers. You pay once and we then issue the ticket in the traveler’s name — and if we can’t deliver the itinerary as quoted, our refund policy covers you.

Whose name is on the ticket?

We issue the ticket in the traveler name you provide, including the names for any additional passengers. We recommend checking spelling carefully against each passport or travel document before approving the booking. Once issued, you can use the airline confirmation or booking reference to verify the ticket directly with the airline.

How fast will I hear back?

We send a response by email within 24 hours, often sooner when the route is straightforward. The first estimate is available through the request form, while our team confirms the exact total after reviewing the flight details. Because award space can change, the response confirms what we can actually offer at that point rather than promising a seat we have not checked.

Can I use flexible dates?

Yes. We can check nearby departures when you choose the flexible-date option in the form. Date flexibility may give us more award space or a better miles price, but it does not guarantee a lower quote. We still confirm the exact itinerary and all-in total with you before payment, so you decide whether that option works.

Do I need my own miles?

No. We can source the miles needed for the award booking and issue the ticket in your name, so you do not need to maintain a balance, transfer credit-card points, or learn the loyalty program yourself. We still need the traveler and itinerary details so we can check whether the requested award seat is bookable.

Which routes and cabins work best?

We work best with routes and cabins where a real award seat is available to check. Long-haul business and first class can offer the clearest value versus cash, while economy, premium economy, domestic, international, direct, and connecting itineraries may all be worth checking. We confirm availability and the final quote for your specific dates rather than promising every route.

What if the fare or award space changes before payment?

Airline fares and award space are live inventory, so a seat or price can change before payment. We do not treat an estimate as a guaranteed reservation. If the exact option changes, we tell you the updated itinerary and total before charging anything. You can approve the new quote, ask us to check an alternative, or decline.

Can you handle changes or cancellations?

Before payment, you can decline or cancel a quote without being charged. After a ticket is issued, changes and cancellations follow the airline’s fare or award rules and any applicable penalties. We will explain the available options and costs when we can. Our refund policy covers a booking we cannot deliver as described; it does not make every completed airline ticket refundable.

Can I request a one-way or round-trip flight?

We can quote one-way and round-trip requests. A round trip can use different award availability in each direction, while a one-way may be simpler when you only need one segment or are pairing it with another ticket. Tell us the direction, dates, cabin, and passenger count; we will confirm what can actually be booked.

Can you handle group bookings?

We can review group requests, but several travelers on the same route and cabin may not have award space together. Send the passenger count and itinerary details so we can check the request as a group. We will confirm whether the seats can be issued together, propose an alternative if needed, and give one clear total before payment.

Why can it be cheaper than paying cash?

We use the miles price for an award seat instead of the airline’s cash fare for the same flight. When award space exists and the program pricing fits, that can make premium-cabin travel 30–60% less than cash, as this page explains. The final comparison depends on route, cabin, dates, availability, taxes, and the confirmed all-in quote.

Is this legitimate and safe?

Yes. We issue the ticket in the traveler’s name, and we want you to verify the confirmation or booking reference directly with the airline. We also ask for payment only after you approve the exact quote. If we cannot deliver as described, our refund policy explains the full-refund protection and how to raise an issue. Review that policy before paying.

How is this different from buying miles yourself on Browse?

Buying miles yourself on our marketplace is for travelers who want to choose a listing, buy the miles, and manage the award booking steps themselves. Our flight booking service is for a specific itinerary: we review the route, confirm one all-in quote, source the required miles, and issue the award ticket in your name after you approve. It is a different level of help.

How is this different from the award booking service page?

The award booking service page explains the model: what an award ticket is, how the miles price works, and why booking in your name can replace transfers. This page is the transactional next step for a specific flight request. We collect your route and dates, check the itinerary, and return an all-in quote for you to approve. See how award booking works before you request.

What details do you need to quote a flight?

We need the origin and destination, travel date or flexible-date preference, cabin, number of passengers, and a contact email. Passenger names and other traveler details are needed for the booking request, with spelling checked carefully before issue. The more precise the itinerary and passenger information, the more accurately we can confirm the available award space and final total.

What about baggage and seats after booking?

After we issue the ticket, you receive the confirmation and booking details so you can check the itinerary with the airline. Baggage allowances, seat selection, meals, and other extras depend on the airline, fare, cabin, and award ticket rules. We can explain what is shown for the booking, but the airline controls post-booking seat and baggage policies.

We verify the booking details with the airline, and our refund policy explains what happens if we cannot deliver as described.
